New Staff?

Well Harry first tryed getting me to dupe with him, and I told him no and he gave me 50m and told me to dupe with him, I said no and he told the owner I took his cash that he had 250m,which he gave me only 50m, and the owner found out he was lieing and said to ignore him. Then he started MASS Spamming/Flaming everyone.
2 MODS WERE SITTING RIGHT HERE AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO

No I'm trying to better the server, we have mods that don't know what they are doing, this is a serious problem...

So, according to the pic's you're going to mute for fake threats? lols... really why not a warning 1 then a jail for 30 mins then a mute for 1:30 hours? pro mod. nice to see you actually take the steps in muting....

Well one thing is though this guy was not going to even listen to mods or owner  so it just be mute plus  really he good for reporting this as  this will make new players leave due to mods wont do anything.

So you think people should be muted without any warning at all. even if it's just one warning? At least if you give a warning they know for a fact what they're getting them selves into? .... so someone spams.... abuses.... MUTE i like your reasoning

He didn't want to play the server, he was mad he couldn't dupe so he was just flamming and spamming, so yes he shouldn't get a warning he was wanting to get muted/banned. The point is staff dosen't know how to react.

yes he should got warning but pheonix was talking to this guy yesterday and anyway the guy wanted to be banned and muted he wanted to leave the server

Yes they should I would.  Due they could just go to the owner and say he was not given a warning to just get you in trouble but the owner already knew he was going to break a rule as he already told  pheonix he was going to dupe  pheonix just told him you can't but you can try.

I'm not a "****" I'm simply looking out for our server and we need moderators that know what to do in this case, not sit there. Sorry but I just don't think you deserved it.
