My personal opinion would be to keep chaotics donor only, how ever introduce a dungeoneering type game where dungeoneering weapons/armour can be purchased, minus primal gear.

If the chaotic weapons still only for donators, no one wants to play.. Yea, makes the chaotic rapier an expensive item, and add a bigger drop rate.

i agree with dre... they shouldnt be donar only or even if you can buy from donars, like the donar only monster drops them... makes it better for everyone

If chaotics is donator only it will be unfair to non donators making them not want to ply.
 thanks outside the box not just for yourself if you're donator.
