Some of the mods are afk lot para  seems to be the most actived  mod. I know i am not on when catfood is actived but just seems afk lot and very long sometimes he talk but then be quiet.

Just saying i know they got be busy.

I mean staff isn't going to be on ingame ALL THE TIME. But for the most part they should be, I can understand if they been afk for a little while but like you said Para, Catfood, they are some active moderators, the others don't seem to know what they are doing, nor do I see them asking anyone if they need help.

I know para the most actived one  he mainly always going around and talking to people.

Catfood nice guy but  i know he active alittle but lot times he just be standing there doing nothing being quiet. So far we gain lot more players now and think we need alittle more moderators now

Well don't just have to have experienced ones cause some have to learn  cause how will anyone get experienced if they never been one just they need to tell the person  on how to use the commands or have some training like they can work byside with the experienced ones. Just need some training.

But they could have like 2 or 3 more moderators since been gaining players we had like 24 on earlier

catfood  i only see him log in and talk for like 2 or 4 mins then just goes afk  like i talk to him he nice person but just seem to not always be around. So what i think is they need to hire like 2 or 3 more mods that they know be active.

Yeah they should bring in more mods That will do the job right ban the dupers, spammers, and help get rid of the problems. and get rid of those mods who are never online or that is always afk if they are online.
